We have all made a series of phone calls in our past that we now regret. Perhaps it was that call to an ex-girlfriend in the middle of night, an emotional drunk call to your parents or a bomb threat to a pre-school. Sure, we have regrets, but the looks on those kids faces running out of the school was priceless. Then there are those hilarious prank calls like the one where a Jewish tells her parents she’s dating a non-Jew and the reaction is extremely entertaining.
“Swingers” is one of those movies that features a series of hilarious phone calls that will make you cringe. It’s funny to see that Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn were skinny in the film. Then came success, and they let themselves go. Nevertheless, this phone call scene is inducted into the Comedy.com Movie Hall of Fame.
