Top 6 Casting Suggestions For New ‘Family Guy’ Movie

Seth MacFarlane recently said he’s moving ahead with plans for a “Family Guy” movie, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Although we still don’t know what form that movie will be in. If he decides to go with a live action film, we’ve already picked out the celebrities who could play Peter, Lois, Stewie and the rest of the gang.

“Family Guy” does spoof  a lot of  famous movies in its show and that’s why it would be great to finally see the Griffin family on the big screen.  After years of seeing fake movie trailers featuring “Family Guy” scenes, we’re so ready for the feature film, and here is the main cast.

1. Andy Richter as Brian Griffin
We’re sure Andy could take some time off from “Conan” again. He’s done it before. Last time it lasted nine years, so a few months to shoot this movie would be no big deal. Andy has the perfect body and face to pull off the Brian character. Now he just needs to perfect Brian’s whiny voice.

2. Debra Messing as Lois Griffin
She was supposed to be the next Lucille Ball, but she ended up being just the first Debra Messing.  Debra could play Lois and add a little sex appeal to the role and still be annoying.

3. Rosie O’Donnell as Meg Griffin
This one is a no-brainer. The role calls for someone who is butch and the kind of person you would like to punch in the face.

fg3

4. John Goodman as Peter Griffin
When it comes down to this role it’s all about girth. We have been hearing that Jim Carrey wanted to play Curly in “The Three Stooges” movie and was going to put on weight for the part. It just wouldn’t work out.  You need fat guys to play fat guys, and John Goodman already has all those steak sandwiches and Fudgie the Whales under his belt to play Peter.

5. David Hyde Pierce as Stewie Griffin
David just needs to throw in the outrageous English accent and he’s there. No need for researching this role. David IS Stewie. Although, they may have to use special effects to shrink David’s head so it looks like Stewie’s.

6. Adrien Brody as Brian
At first we thought that Dustin Hoffman would be perfect for this dog role, but we needed someone a little younger. Adrien Brody could easily play the part because of his acting background, his talents as a thespian who can research a role and — okay, who are we kidding? Adrien has a big nose. That’s why!
