When we did our list of the most surprising facts about Back to the Future, one of the things that stood out was that in the original script, the time machine wasn’t a car. Instead, it was a fridge. But the studio feared kids all over America would be jumping into fridges to time travel. Not such a good idea.
Now comes the awesome, foul-mouthed trailer for Hot Tub Time Machine posted on the website Cinematical. We can say without a doubt that this is the best title ever for a movie. It stars John Cusack who is sometimes mistaken for that American Beauty guy. The film also stars Craig Robinson, Clark Duke, Rob Corddry and Chevy Chase.
