Middle Earth is back in the way of a fan film titled “The Hunt for Gollum.” It takes place in between the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and the sound you just heard are millions of boners going off around the geekdom. As far as a fan fiction film goes, this one is probably one of the best ever made. Take a look at the film here.
Not as good as Peter Jackson’s LOTR films, but still better than what George Lucas has put out with the last three “Star Wars” movies. Gollum is a popular character with his crazy mental issues, sort of like a fictional Gary Busey, and here is a fan fiction low-quality video of Gollum that we’ve come to expect.
And as Peter Jackson works on “The Hobbit,” we’d like to see documentary filmmaker Michael Moore finally tackle the evil of Middle Earth. Oh, he has already and there’s video.
