Vinny LaGuardia Gambini – “My Cousin Vinny”
After Vinny Gambini was able to prove the innocence of his cousin Billy Gambini and friend Stan Rothenstein in 1992, Vinny went back home to Brooklyn and married Lisa Vito as her “biological clock was ticking. “
1993: After a year of trying, Lisa was not able to get pregnant and the relationship suffered. A doctor told Vinny his sperm was the problem. Vinny promptly beat the doctor unconscious. Vinny defended himself at his trial for assault. He lost the case.
Lisa continuously made jokes at his expense. Hey Vinny, they found that ship floating in the water, but there were no seamen on board.” “Vinny, is that a real gun or does it shoot blanks.” “Hey Vinny, does sperm come out of that thing or just steam?”
Vinny beat Lisa unconscious. They later divorced.
1998: Entered rehab to treat his addiction to Oxycontin and Flintstones Vitamins.
2004: Arrested after appearing on Dateline NBC’s “To Catch A Predator.” Beat host Chris Hansen unconscious.
Where is Vinny Gambini now?
He runs a Quiznos in Brooklyn, New York.
Says Gambini, “I thought that after that big case down in Georgia my law practice would take off. But things didn’t go so good. But I’m happy. I like running a Quiznos. I’ve been reading a lot of Wayne Dyer. I’m in a good place, you know. And remember, we’re still running that $5 foot-long special on select sandwiches.”
Daniel Hillard – “Mrs. Doubtfire
In 1993, he pretended to be Mrs. Euphegenia Doubtfire, and Daniel Hillard was able to convince his wife Miranda that he was responsible. When we last saw him, Daniel finally had the chance to spend more time with his children with his wife’s blessing while starring in a new children’s TV show called “Aunt Euphegenia’s House.”
One month later, the show was canceled and Daniel went into a deep depression and started drinking heavily. He lost complete custody of children.
1994: Attempting to get back into the lives of his children, Daniel got his brother to make him up like a prostitute. As for how this would have helped getting closer to his children is still unclear.
A month later, Daniel was arrested for prostitution by an undercover male officer.
1996: Attempting to get back into the lives of his children, Daniel had his brother make him up like a Mexican woman by the name of Senora Maria Costa to pretend to be the new nanny for his children.
Before ever getting the chance to enter their home, Hillard — in the Senora Costa outfit — was picked up in an immigration roundup.
Where is Daniel Hillard now?
After losing touch with his family and failing to get work as an actor, Daniel became a director in the hardcore pornography business producing such films as “Anus the Menace,” “Enema of the State,” and “Night of the Giving Head.”
Says Hillard, “It’s been a wild ride. I’m grateful for my new career. I miss my kids. But I also miss wearing panties. What are you going to do?”
